shocking

not much. the bed was like a rock. only 8 sun lounges around a pool with 80 rooms. the restaurant wanted a good clean. no staff

Good

The staffs were very friendly and were able to give useful informations around the area despite not being fluent in English.

The hotel didn't have a compatible charging hole with a type G despite one staff saying there is before me booking in. But it's fine because other staffs were able to help tell me where to get a compatible adapter.

Was in a good location and the price to stay was very good. breakfast was okay too

NO FITNESS and VERY WEAK WIFI

Beatiful pool and really nice staff. Rooms looked really nice. Food was excellent and cheap.

THE WIFI is not working properly/at all at evening time. They've known the issue for a long time but haven't improved it. NO FITNESS although they advertise it on Booking.com THE BEDS are hard as rocks no kidding. Had to get the pillows changed twice aswell because of really bad odor. They said they had washed the linen, but the filling couldn't be washed.

bedbugs in the room! and even with this problem, the hotel did not want to return the money for the second day, as if the service was good. I mean, do you understand what I mean? bedbugs is ok for this place.

good experience, comfy room, helpful staff.

The room was comfortable, good view from the balcony. food was good from the menu.

The restaurant could be more appealing, looked a bit dull, so we preferred room service mostly. Breakfast buffet could be made more interesting with better options and change in items rather than same buffet everyday.

Pool area is ment to be non smoking area, be aware that people still do smoke and staff is not controlling that. Room walls are very thiny, so you can hear when your neighbour takes a shower. Car noise comes to the room, it is not a quiet area, we thought so because we were reading the comments but it really is not. Located out of the main street. Staff is not really speaking english so hard to connect with them. They understand but if you have a problem to solve you are pretty much alone with it. Not satisfied with this hotel at all.

Worst Worst Worst ever service & hotel staff!!

Location is convenient and they do have nice swimming pool and balconies to the room are spacious but furniture in balconies is very uncomfortable and cheap aluminium

Worst and The Most RUDE STAFF ever come across, at the time of Check-In the girl at Reception was so Unpleasant, Unfriendly, Rude, Unprofessional that I have never experienced, hotel Management should not let such people be on important areas by their own and common excuse - Can't speak English, so please either do not let them be there or just inform that only native language speaking customers can be welcomed in this hotel. Worst Worst Worst ever hotel staff!!

The Breakfast is Superb and would have been one of the most...

The Breakfast is Superb and would have been one of the most cleanest places I have ever stayed at. Nice pool too. The place is about 15 min walk to Patong beach but aint too bad they gave a free shuttle bus twice a day from resort and Patong beach. It is in a nice and quiet location also has its on mini mart on site.

Im really happy with this hotel, we got a bike for our stay...

Im really happy with this hotel, we got a bike for our stay there that it was realy cheap so we didnt mind that we had to drive to the beach or nearby( 5 min drive 15 walk to Patong beach), the pool is great.first day our safe box was broken and they came right away and fixed it.maybe is not a realy 4 starts hotel but we were happy with our choice.

maybe for some people the area could be a bit far but if you rent a bike is great.
